Job Responsibilities: With the support of HRSSC Supervisor to complete the following tasks: - Responsible for staff’s check-in and check-out management - Conduct contract preparing, signing and management - Maintain the HR system data - Employee information filing and management - Employee leave management assistance - Support on employee’s residence permit and Hukou application - Support on foreigner’s visa and benefits management - Provide support to employees with HR related certificates etc. - Participate in HRSSC related projects. - Others work assigned by the managers.
Job Requirements: - College or bachelor’s degree and passionate for the HR jobs - At least 1-year related working experience - Familiar with national HR policy and local regulations - Fluent in spoken and written English (Good in French is prefer) - Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel - Good communication skills - Highly responsible for the work and sense of confidentiality - Well organized and good planning, coordination & problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal skills and positive thinking - Good team player with initiative, quick learning, open minded, positive attitude - Good health and can work under high pressure
