Main Duties and Responsibilities: 主要工作职责: 1. Recruiting 1.1 Candidate Sourcing and Identification. Sourcing the resource of university/technical school for collaboration. 1.2 Job Posting and Advertising. Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring accurate job descriptions and timely updates. Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies accordingly. 1.3 Candidate Engagement and Communication. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and answering questions. 1.4 Interview Coordination. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 1.5 Offer Negotiation and Closure. 1.6 On boarding /probation/Separation management with compliance. 2. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate candidate data in the company's recruitment system and IHR/SAP system. 3. Learning and Development 3.1 Needs Analysis and Planning Thoroughly understand the learning and development needs of the organization and departments to develop an annual learning and development plan. 3.2 Program Design and Implementation Design and implement key talent development programs, leadership development programs, job grading training program, management trainee programs, and more. 3.3 Training Execution and Monitoring 3.4 Evaluation and Feedback Oversee the implementation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and quality. 3.5 Budget and Cost Consider the costs of planned programs while staying within budgets. 3.6 Internal System Establishment and Maintenance Help to establish and maintain an internal employee development system, including career paths, promotion mechanisms, training, and learning resources. Managing the Learning Management System. 4. Other tasks assigned by the immediate manager. Requirements / Knowledge and Experience: 主要任职资格: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 2. Over 5 years of experience in human resources role, with a focus on training and learning development. 3. Proficient in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs. 4. Familiar with various training methods and techniques, such as on-site instruction, e-learning, workshops, etc. 5. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools. 6. Knowledge of HR processes, including employment laws and best practices. 7. Have a good understanding of talent management , and implement talent management programs that support business objectives. 8. Know the QMS requirement on talent competency management. 9. 3 years of experience in learning and development for candidates with experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is a plus; 10. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. 11. Be proficient in using EHR and other technology tools to manage employee data.
