(1). Provide financial operation support for the responsible brand distribution across China and act as key role for APAC & China reporting team (2). Ensure effective controls performed in business for finance compliance. (3). Review and analyze monthly FS and performance report. (4). Ensure smooth connection with ABI functions and the business partner. (5). Tax related matters (filing, withholding tax, dividend, Transfer Pricing etc.)
2. Position Responsibility
(1). Lead monthly closing process and work closely with Shared service center teams and commercial Planning& Performance team to ensure high quality monthly routine deliverables are submitted on a timely basis. (2).Manage budget & LE preparation for the responsible brand company. (3). Manage treasury related activities such as 8-week cashflow forecast, accounts opening and operation. (4).Lead annual transfer price calculation and renewal. (5). Responsible for annual audit report, tax filing and other statutory reports required by the government. (6).Act as contact between ABI and the business partner for business discussion and solutions. (7). Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting director.
3. Qualification
Education Bachelor or above degree major in Finance, Economics etc.
Professional Knowledge 1. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese 2. Experience in management reporting system implementation for large scale of KPIs and covering different stakeholders 3. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis. Knowledge of overall business operations including business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures, customer behavior, profitability and analysis modelling. 4. Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across distances, to multiple functions, and to different levels of management.
Professional Skillset 1. Knowledge in working with database applications, preferably SAP and Cognos. 2. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
Work Experience At least 5 years working experience, FMCG is preferable.
Personal Ability 1. Advanced interpersonal skills. 2. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability 3. Good project management capability
