* Develop new business opportunities from current market and new market. Collect and share market information, including competitor and industrial information. * Manage, maintain and improve key accounts on customer relationship to meet their needs, and develop new business opportunities from the key accounts. * Sell standardized and customized product and service according to OTO process, including bidding, negotiation and securing contract, kick off to Project Management. Achieve sales target andcontrol sales related budget & cost. * Based on customer needs, leverage internal and external resources to find the appropriate & professional solutions. * According to actual and forecast information related to the project, input and maintain data in the CRM system. * Keep market overview up-to-date * Support project manager to collect customer’s payment. * Spare parts offer to responsible OEM * Observe market info. and competitor’s activities * Support line manager to customer events if necessary * Work closely with business unit to drive business growth and use consultative skills to build effective customer relationships that the customer values. Requirements:
* 5 years sales, project management, application experience in foreign or Joint Venture commercial vehicle component companies(卡车、客车) * Familiar with commercial vehicle chassis, powertrain, chassis electrical or other similar components * Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, CV application is a plus * Oral English is acceptable, proficient in written English * Good communication skills, customer-oriented
