1.Collaboration cross functionally with Operations, QA, PD, customer service and procurement to execute project commercialization; 与营运,质量保证,研发,客服以及采购进行跨部门合作,执行项目的商业化; 2.Provide internal coordination and execution of NP/LTO and regular products to ensure smooth and timely delivery; 负责新品/短期促销品和一些常规产品的内部沟通协调,确保产品顺利和及时的交付; 3.Support Sales Manager to optimize the commercialization process to meet customer’s needs on flexibility and speediness; 协助销售经理优化内部商业化流程以满足客户对于灵活性和迅速的要求; 4.Project management including developing timeline, facilitating X-functions team resources, hold regular meeting, meeting critical gate guardrail, risks as well as mitigation plan for the project, implications mapping etc for optimal business case项目管理工作包括制定时间表、协调跨职能团队资源、组织召开定期会议,遵守关键阶段(或决策点),识别风险、潜在影响,制定缓解计划,以优化业务。 5.Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority. Escalate when necessary to Leadership team for decision making建立稳固的工作关系,善于用非职权影响力影响关键利益相关者。适时向领导团队反馈问题以便制定决策
EXPERIENCE:
1.Over 5 years Sales/Customer Service working experience in B2B Food Industry 2.Experience in project management will be a plus 3.Experience in engaging with Key Account will be a plus
