Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates through a variety of internal and external recruitment channels. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values. 3. Assist in constructing and continuously optimizing the recruitment system and processes, and be responsible for the statistical analysis, summary forecasting, and adjustment of recruitment-related data. 4. Build a talent pool for target candidates, develop profiles for key positions, and manage a resume management system. 5. Operational support for talent activities in related fields 6. Primarily focus on the recruitment for R&D positions.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of experience 2. At least 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical headhunter. 3. Experience in discovery/development-related recruitment is preferred. 4. A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership. 5. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of In-house Recruiter. 6. Native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English.
