Definition of the Role l Work as HR Business Partner, process facilitator, solution provider and problem solver to interface with local management team and staffs on various people related issues. Key Responsibilities: l Understand the local business and engage closely with local team l Work with local country management team on people planning, HC budgeting and forecast, org-structure change and HR data analysis; l Work with Talent Acquisition team to formulate local hiring strategy and fulfill the recruiting tasks when necessary; l Facilitate the performance review and management process and continuously improve the performance review cycle and mechanism; l Work with HR COE teams to support local full employ lifecycle processes; l Work with HR COE teams to implement oversea framework and policy of position design, pay and remuneration structure; l Continuously improve HR practices/policies/processes in oversea countries l Implement HR related programs/projects in oversea countries; l Serve as internal advisor for oversea employment laws and practices and handle local issues of employee relations; l Plan, facilitate and execute the training activities l Work with Admin team to facilitate local office administrative process Pre-requisition: l Over 2 years of experience in oversear HRBP l Excellent English proficiency in speaking, listening, writing and reading l Strong learning agility, self-driven and strong people sense l Hardworking and detail-oriented, strong execution and implementation Godd cross-team and cross-culture communication capabilities, a good team player
