Training and development specialist is responsible for training feedback collection, coordination on creating and updating training materials, facilitating and conducting training sessions, and measuring the outcomes and effectiveness of training programs. Need work with different types of training methods, such as online courses, workshops, simulations, coaching, mentoring, or job shadowing.

61 Learning management system admin to manage organization & users & roles and competences. Doing the learning analytics (reports / statistics) and creating custom reports
61 Independently manager all administrative and confidential tasks with efficiency and integrity
61 Work with training team members for training course preparation and activities
61 Prepare business documents and provide bilingual translation as required
61 Maintain training system, routine checking reports, material upload and etc.
61 Handle all administrative supports, such vendor set-up and payment
61 Actively work and support projects but not limited in the JD
Education and/or Experience

61 Bachelor’s degree and above
61 At least 2-year experience in a training/education or related position required
61 Passionate, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

61 Willingness to learn with new initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
61 Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong time management and communication skills.
61 Adequate knowledge of learning management software
61 Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Power point
61 Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, HR or related field
61 Proficiency in English
