Follow up for the performance from the team about the order, purchase, delivery, payment collection and claims, and all the related tasks 跟踪组员关于订单,采购,出货,收款,客诉等相关事物的达标情况 - Send SO to the client within 1 working days after get the PO. 收到客户采购订单后,于1个工作日内必须回复相应的销售订单 - Release the PO to the factory within 1 working day after the client confirm our SO. 在客户确认SO之后,如果有定制货,必须于一个工作日之内放单给工厂 - Check the OC from the client and confirm to the supplier within 1 working day. 在收到工厂的OC之后,于一个工作日内必须检查核对以确保工厂OC上的信息正确。 - Make the on time delivery rate not lower than 97% 出货的准时率不低于97% - Stick to the payment terms of the client. Hold the shipment and report to the leader at once if there is any outstanding from the client. The shipment only can be released after the approval from division manager. 严格按照付款条款执行订单操作流程。如果客户有欠款, 需要立刻暂停手中的该客户的发货并立刻汇报给上级。只有收到部门经理的审批之后才能放货给有欠款的客户。 - Reply the client’s email about claim within 1 working day. It won’t be a final confirmation but just to let the client know we already know the case and try best to handle it. 对于客户的客诉邮件,必须于一个工作日之内回复。这个回复不一定是最终的解决方案,但是要确保客户知道我们已经知晓情况并正在积极处理该客诉。 2.
