Talent acquisition ● Liaise with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, review and update JDs/requirement of vacancies, post vacancies, schedule and execute candidates screening & interviews for junior positions. Plan and execute onboarding.
New employee orientation ● Assist with coordinating the first-day facilitation of new employees
Internal communication ● Draft internal communication for the business of monthly staff movement. Draft internal communication of the business of monthly birthday blessings of staff ● Assisting with developing HR-related posters/newsletters for staff
Plan and organise staff engagement activities ● Assist with organising events, celebrations and support team building.etc
Training and Development ● Coordinate and administer 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate ● Assist with promoting the company culture through close collaboration with the HR Manager and management team
Compensation & Benefits ● Manage and maintain the database of attendance system or APP to ensure it works well. ● Collect the personal docs.required by Fesco/outsoucring and send the scan copy to Fecso. Answer the questions new joiners raised related to the docs. ● Be a coordinator to answer and help the operational questions regarding supplementary medical insurance.
Compliance/Legal/ER ●Collect the new policies or regulations to ensure local legal requirements and company policy are met. ● Local certificates issue, such as employment certificate, separation certificate etc. ● Apply visa/hukou/other application needs. ● Apply/renew flexible working hours based on the company needs.
Performance review ● Assisting on the performance project, including annual performance appraisal, probation assessment. ● Be backup for Admin tasks.
Requirements: ●2-3 years working experience in HR, working experience in MNCs, familiar with at least two HR modules; Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration, HR or related field ●Previous experience in HR Operations, training & culture development are preferred. ●Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure; ●Good team spirit, can-do attitude and willing to embrace new challenges; ●Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel; This is a must. ●Excellent language expression in both Chinese & English, good communication and interpersonal skills.
