Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Senior Human Resources Manager in the implementation of policies, agreements and social obligations. Organize and administer the recruitment process (Candidates research, telephone screening of applicants or interviews, applicant follow-up, probation periods, ...). Manage the HR datas (create and update records, staff attendance, annual leave,,...). All the documents are kept updated and filed on monthly basis. Familiarity with country and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding employee welfare, safety, health and benefits, compensation. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Provide training and develop support. Support on organizing the team activities and other employee events. Support company community relations programs Support on the other HR projects when required
Job Qualifications – Education and Experience College degree or above. Minimum of 2 years relative HR operation experience. Fluent English speaking and writing. Patient to deal with work under complexity. Excellent communication skills and logical thinking to solve complicated issues or complain. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
