职责: 1、Assist in the recruitment process from job requisition through to hiring, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. 2、Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 3、Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities. 4、 Assist in the on boarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company. 5、Coordinate with various departments to support HR-related initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. 6、Handle day-to-day HR administrative and operation tasks as requested. 7、 Other HR projects/ assignments assigned by line manager.
要求 : 1、Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2、1~3 years of experience in HR, knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations is preferred. 3、Good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, with the ability to interact and work with employees across different locations. 4、Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities. 5、Experience with HR systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
