The Senior Accountant is responsible for management on the accounting and reporting processes and activities for Ingredion’s China business, as well as supporting on tax and statutory reporting, and financial analysis to assure all financial guidance and support can be provided upfront and effectively.
Core Responsibilities: 61 Supervisor SSC team to perform daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system. 61 Take responsible for SAP FI module and related reconciliation for during month end close process. 61 Take responsible to perform accurate and up-to-date financial records financial reporting packages and all related materials for management reporting during the Monthly business Review (MBR) processes, Quarterly Business Review (QBR), to provide accurate, reliable commentary, to figure out reason behind the gap with targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. 61 Assist the preparation of TDQ process for Goal, LEx and annual result per required, to come out and submit on system timely and accuracy. 61 Actively understand working capital m need and provide timely and accurate financial data and meaningful analysis to function team to support business decision. 61 Coordination on annual tax filing and insurance program submission and TPL management and compliance with China entities. 61 Work closely with each function to understand business requirement and their needs to provide data analysis effective and meaningful. 61 Assist in addressing ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from Global and Regional management as required.

Required behaviors and skills: 61 Bachelor’s degree major in Finance, Accounting, Economics. 61 Over 5-year relevant experience and knowledge in Finance and Accounting related areas, professional GL Accountant would be preferred. 61 The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines across multiple work streams. 61 Proficient with SAP and MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Word. 61 Fluent English language skills 61 Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
