NATURE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES
61 Handle full set of accounting (AR/AP/GL/Fixed Assets/Treasury) for the Australia and Thailand entities
61 Perform month-end closing in SAP and reporting in Hyperion
61 Perform weekly & monthly cash flow forecast
61 Perform intercompany reconciliation
61 Prepare budget, forecast & other related analysis
61 Review payment, accounting journals and tax filing prepared by outsourced service providers
61 Review and improve process efficiency and internal control
61 Reporting and analysis of monthly operating results against budget/forecast
61 Work closely with external auditors for statutory audits
61 Other ad hoc financial & accounting related tasks
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION
61 Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance, preferrable with professional accounting qualification
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
61 Minimum 5 years relevant experience in multinational, preferably in luxury retail industry
PARTICULAR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
61 Strong in technical knowledge and analytical skill
61 Excellent in MS Excel
61 Detail-minded with strong business sense
61 Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
61 Proficient in accounting software, preferably SAP and Hyperion
