As a member of Greater China HR Operation team, provide overall HR supports in the areas which include but not limited to HR daily operation, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, training and development, employee relationship and other HR modules to realize the business growth targets and objectives. - Independently handle the employee life-cycle process for SHPP & employee Pfile with the support from 3rd party vendor (pre- & on-boarding, contracting, orientation, exit, etc), covering full-time employee & contractor. - Maintain and update the employee information in SAP for SHPP and ensure the data accuracy. - Manage HR service vendor to ensure the high quality service for the company. - Be involved in Greater China HR Operation projects as the representative from SHPP. - Be involved in the payroll process in SHPP with the guide from HRM and country HR operation team, covering full-time employee & contractor. - Support TCP program implementation in Shanghai Plant (campus recruiting, end-rotation-review, regular meetings, off-program placement, etc). - Support Country HR Operation team and work with site HRBP to develop & implement Employee Engagement/ Communication events to ensure a harmonious working relationship in SHPP. - Support GC HR team for C&B program implementation in SHPP. - Any ad hoc work assigned by the superior & GC HR team.
