Major Tasks & Activities: 1. According to the recruitment process, conduct the daily recruitment booking, interview and follow-up notification, etc. 2. Co-work with HR service agency for payroll, social insurance, housing fund contributions. 3. Compensation and benefits system management and data management. 4. Follow up the performance appraisal system to complete relevant notification, statistics, reporting and other work. 5. Manage Learning Management System, evaluates training results and summarizes training feedbacks for further improvement. 6. Responsible for all aspects of employee full life cycle process, including but not limited to onboarding, transfer, exit process. 7. Prepare employment contract, employment certificate, insurance enrollment, profile filing, Hukou etc. 8. Maintain HR systems, consolidate and track critical HR data and complete monthly HR reports. 9. Assist to implement of HR projects. 10. Other tasks as assigned. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management or related discipline is a plus. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, well understand relevant regulation and practice. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude. 4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. 5. Good PC Skills (MS Office, etc.), ability to generate/develop reports.
