Job Responsibilities: - Managing business accommodation and flight reservation for visitors, customers and employees - Maintain office documents and contracts. - Administer cleaner and driver - Visa applications and updates for foreigners and their families. - Support HR onboarding program and local employee data administration. - Maintaining office facilities and environment according to local governance and compliances. - According to the requirements of the business, make inquiries in the early stage and follow up in the later stage, and record for information collection and payment. - Parcel in & out, including international.
Requirements: - Excellent Microsoft office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good communication skills - Good verbal and written English/Local language - Multi-tasking - Strong teamwork
