MAIN PURPOSE To be in charge of implement training programs in a high standard. Assist Retail Director in managing organization, training programs in order to ensure the organization achieves the highest level of its business goal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Retail Director in identifying training needs for both retail and wholesale; Provide appropriate training approach and solutions according the commercial need collected; Follow up all training result by coaching; Assist all training programs are undertaken in effective and efficient standards; Conduct training to wholesale partner in line with business objectives; Monitor all training logistic support such as training venue selection and set-up, material preparation in a high standard in line with Retail Director; Attend events related the Training & Development field (internal & external).
REQUIREMENTS University degree at lowest; Minimum 3 years in training area, especially rich coaching experience; Passionate & self-managed; driving for excellence; Fluent in both oral & written English; Good facilitation skills; Good interpersonal skills; Familiar with MS office software; Be curious and willing to learn.
