The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limits to:
- Assist employees, line manager, and HR professionals with inquiries and transactions ranging from simple policy questions to escalation of more complex issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise as needed for HRIS and other systems, such as JDE, DT portal
- Provide expertise to business units in Workday transactions, data validation, auditing and changing
- Provide annual auditing work and monthly government statistics
- Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR reports to effectively administer policies and programs
- Corporate with COE team on kinds of programs and issues from business units
- Corporate with Finance team on HC and cost related data
- Corporate with vendors on contingent workers’ payroll, fee and management
- Identify and address process improvements
- Identify data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis and escalate problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a HRBP/Generalist or a similar customer facing type of environment is preferred
- Experience with HR policy or other areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) within HR is helpful
- Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply LEAN to these processes for continuous improvement is seen as a strong attribute
- Experience with Workday and other HRIS System is preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply analytical skills is required
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics
