This role will be specifically involved in driving organization capabilities and aid talent growth. The primary mission of the position is to provide project management, data modeling, analysis and insight for organization capability building and talent management programs , be responsible for HR solution delivery in digital ways and project management to land global/region project in China, eg, Engagement, Performance & Development, Role Model Selection,HR/Global culture Transformation and etc. We expect this role to interface directly with senior stakeholders within Company China, Global and Regional COE/SSC team, China HR team as well as external stakeholders and vendor partners. This role must have strong organization and people awareness and experienced in multilevel communication skillfully fitting both China and Western cultures. Demonstrate the influence, even negotiation capability to key stakeholders besides in convey and information exchanging. Well in purpose and efficient communications by different ways and tools. Lead the process of talent management projects. Provide analysis and insights: Learning and understanding current talent review process (TRP) management, management trainee (MT) development programs, and other leadership programs by working closely with HR and business leaders. Strong HR awareness to identify data focus, provide insights by data modeling and analysis. Good in thinking and methodology to summarize and analylize As-Is and To-Be with landing digital solutions. Be experienced and able to figure out and solve difficult and complex problems or needs 2. Be expert in digital transformation in HR a. Experienced in organization capability/talent management both in ecosystem and data integration b. Experienced in digital methodology/technics, for example, Social, Mobile c. Responsible for HR Data system /Platform interface or integration initiatives d. Mindset of innovation, able to improve and enhance the As-Is processes or operations disruptively 3. Land and deploy global/region TM projects in China, eg,MyVoice Engagement,Performance &Development,Role Model Selection,HR/Global culture Transformation and etc. Service providing and project delivery not only in process or operation parts, but also demonstrate the capability in tactical level, especially in digital transformation and data analysis. Develop an understanding of the Company TM project operating model with internal employees/leaders, global/Region CoE,external third-party resources and processes. Should suggest project operating model improvements, and process improvements. Should engage and leverage resources with proactive management and effective communication 4. HR Team Support: a. Plan my spending b. HR Dashboard management c. Tailor made HR dashboard based on business priority d. Other tasks if needed 5. Employee should execute the daily working in line with the company related policy or procedure including but not limited to business operation procedure\ policy\disciplinary policy, etc. Requirements 1. 2. Master or computer, mathematical statistics. Analytics psychology or human resource discipline is a plus; 3. 5 years of project working experience, preferable relevant HR analytics or COE experience in MNCs/HR Consulting companies/HR digital solution companies. 4. Experience in business data analysis, familiar with the popular algorithms and modeling, capabilities to provide insights 5. Demonstrated experience in HR digitalization project delivery 6. Experience of working in a MNC with different levels of local/regional/global stakeholders 7. HR transformation / HRBP experience is a plus Must 1. Data modeling, analysis and insight: independent thinking and can bring own/sharp point based on facts/data. 2. Digital workplace: Advanced skills required of Excel Power Bl experience is a plus Project Management 3. Integrated HR Management: Knows how the different HR processes work together to create desired business outcomes 4.
