Purpose of Job: The Customer Service Desk Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues for our clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Essential Function 1: Order Management Activities 1 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2 Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 3 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints 4 Maintain and update customer information in the company database 5 Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6 Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions 7 Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or management 8 Stay updated on company products, services, and policies Essential Function 2: Database maintenance 1 Manage customer master data 2 Keep clean order report 3 Follow the standard process(AFR/QNS/Shipment tracking etc) Essential Functon 3: Interaction and interface with other departments 1 Peofessional manner communication with customers/sales/othe funcitons colleague 2 Provide solution and suggestion 3 Timely feedback Requirements: 1 High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 2 1-2 years in customer service or related field; 3 Excellent communication (verbal and written); 4 problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; 5 SAP experience; 6 Sufficent English for daily communication(reading/writing/speaking)
