85 Undertake all aspects of HR function to provide professional service and meet company expanding requirement. 85 Implement staff organization in budgeting and planning in accordance with business development. 85 Implement and optimize HR policies and standard procedures covering full staff life cycle to ensure company development needs. 85 Fulfill annual recruiting activities and control recruitment quality to ensure right people are in the right position via various effective recruitment channel. 85 Carry out and manage annual performance appraisal activity in a professional approach. 85 Work with line supervisor/departments to handle the daily communicating with employees, i.e complaint, labor dispute, etc; 85 Cooperate with outsourced HR agent for C&B calculation and bonus calculation. 85 Plan and organize annual event, team building and other employee activities, tracking and evaluation results. 85 Plan annual training scheme based on actual requirement, be able to make course and provide internal training courses. 85 Responsible for company insurance renew properly. 85 Provide monthly report and indicate the progress of main projects. 85 Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.
