Job Responsibilities: 61 Undertake general front desk and office assistant role such as receiving / welcoming visitors, coffee / tea preparation 61 Courier management 61 Printing business card and building pass application 61 Be responsible for ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office operations including security office maintenance and property management at Gmeou TT China 61 Meeting room management 61 Purchase stationery and office supplies 61 Assist on company events and company entertainment 61 Travel reservation for colleagues from head office 61 Support Administration Manager of daily tasks related to expat team located in various cities in China. 61 Support other ad-hoc tasks if required
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above 61 Proficient in French and English both spoken and written 61 At least 2 years of relevant working experience 61 Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
