Job requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历 2. 5+ years leadership project management and training delivery experience is required. 5年以上领导项目管理和培训交付经验 3. Experience in 3+ leadership model application and development. 具备3+领导力模式的应用和开发经验 4. Excellent communication and training skill. 优秀的沟通和培训能力 5.Strong design and deliver leadership development capability. 较强的设计和交付领导力发展能力 6.Previous experience in automotive or Apple-Chain industry is preferred. 有汽车或苹果连锁行业工作经验者优先 7.Strategic and big-picture thinking ability and Clear understanding of enterprise training. 战略和大局观思维能力,对企业培训有清晰的认识 8. Fluent English in both oral and written. 流利的英语口语和书写能力 9. Experiences in trainee, junior and senior leadership development programs. 有培训生、初级和高级领导力发展项目的经验
