3. Provide guidance & coaching to site T&D staff and support site training.

Job requirements
任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. 5+ years leadership project management and training delivery experience is required.
5年以上领导项目管理和培训交付经验
3. Experience in 3+ leadership model application and development.
具备3+领导力模式的应用和开发经验
4. Excellent communication and training skill.

5.Strong design and deliver leadership development capability.

6.Previous experience in automotive or Apple-Chain industry is preferred.

7.Strategic and big-picture
thinking ability and Clear understanding of enterprise training.

8. Fluent English in both oral and written.
