Overview of role purpose & scope: 61 Manage and develop employees’ competence to meet current and future business needs. 61 Learning consultancy, L&D service delivery and deployments for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as subcontractors, covering induction and for development.
Key responsibilities for this role: 61 Work with business leaders and P&C BP to design programs for competence development, e.g., training programs and coaching programs or tools to lead efficient activities locally 61 Manage agreed F2F trainings and eLearnings according to learning and development plan and evaluate training data for further development 61 Act as a facilitator/trainer in agreed programs 61 Visualize the learning and development path for different roles 61 Find suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs 61 Manage local relevant resources, e.g., internal trainers 61 Propose and communicate actively about the available learning and development options 61 Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods in learning
