Responsibilities: · Direct support to business leaders. · Coordinate/manage schedules for leaders. · Create/prepare correspondence and complex presentations. Develop database/spreadsheets. · Coordinate travel arrangements. · Will be involved with project management/event coordination. Coordinate large scale events within defined budget. · May be responsible for timekeeping coordination and analysis. · Establish partnership role within the administrative community.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience; * Be familiar with Office, Admin Process and Management Process & Systems; * Have Professional Skill of Meeting / Activity Arrangement, Communication & Cooperation, Scheduling, Coping, Organization, English Skills and Computer Skills; * Fluent in both oral and written English.
