Position Summary 职位概述 85 Provide HR consulting expertise to managers and employees to maximize organization effectiveness 85 Implement and align processes with site or business strategies 85 Implement the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business Main Responsibilities 主要职责 - Communicate regularly with all levels at site/business unit (focus on SPL function) to understand business needs and take actions - Serve as a bridge between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems - Provide guidance to line managers in terms of performance management, talent management and other HR-related processes - Develop recruitment related solutions, procedures and policies together with HR team - Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities, manage recruitment channel ensure the efficiency and equitability - Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants - Plan new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Follow and implement the company’s development plan, prepare the HC budget - Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures - Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations - Prepare regular HR function reports Critical Skills and Personal Attributes 关键技能和个人特质 Functional skills 专业技能: - Good knowledge in personnel recruitment, selection, labor relations and negotiation, performance management and personnel information systems are required - Good communication skills in English is required - Experience in a multinational environment is required - Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self-discipline, job ownership and accountability are required - Good skills on active listening, logic & critical thinking, judgment and decision making, proactive problem analysis and solving, time management, and team spirit are required.
