Job Responsibilities: 1. Business Support: Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and provide tailored human resources solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. 2. Talent Management: Oversee the full cycle of HR processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations, to ensure the development and optimization of talent pipelines. 3. Organizational Development: Participate in organizational structure design, role optimization, and talent assessment to drive improvements in organizational effectiveness. 4. Cultural Development: Promote the implementation and dissemination of company culture, organize employee engagement activities, and enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging. 5. Policy Implementation: Ensure the effective execution of company HR policies and procedures within business units, and provide timely feedback for optimization. 6. Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, offer professional consultation and support, and ensure smooth communication between employees and the company. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, with preference given to candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical equipment. 3. Professional Skills: Proficient in various HR functions, with strong capabilities in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the capacity to build strong collaborative relationships with business units. 5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle complex HR issues. 6. Professional Ethics: High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and strong professional integrity.
