Overall This position is responsible for assisting Retail Operation Manager in managing and coordinating the retail operation, new store opening and SOP setting for retail excellence. This role will partner with cross-function teams in ensuring operational excellence and plays a critical role in efficient communication between head office and retail stores. This role will contribute but not limited to below aspects - Store SOP localization and optimization for compliance purpose; - Play as a key member to local retail operation support to China stores - Retail off-site/on-site event coordination, like pop up store, supporting on store opening
Responsibilities Daily Operations: - Contract/document application and management. - Store monthly and annual stock take monitor and support. - Prepare and handle payment requisitions and check store expense - Handle China stores seasonal retickets process and follow up the result - Deliver sales and business report based on retail requests. - Provides administrative support to stores or based on operations requests SOP: - Assist to create SOP handbook to improve business efficiency. - Support to facilitate new sales system operation process. - Support the implementation of SOP and continuously explore new areas of improvement - Ensure consistent compliance and best practices on retail operations applied to all stores. New store opening: - Support to create standardization to ensure NSO process is repeatable and efficient. - Responsible for NSO operational setup and coordinator with other departments. - Arrange uniforms to new shop staffs and support to order sales materials/package. Uniform and packaging order: - Seasonal uniform order from HQ and follow up the shipment - Arrangement seasonal uniforms to China stores and new on board staffs. - Monitor and provide operation supplies to stores incl. packaging, selling tools, GWP etc.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree and above in Business, accounting or equivalent - Previous experience in retail operations, business analysis, accounting. - Minimum 3 years work experience in retail and/or FMCG industry - Able to have multi-task and work under pressure - Proficiency in PC and Microsoft skills, especially in Excel and PPT - Good command of English in reading and writing - Good communication and interpersonal skills
