Write the next chapter of your ABB story. Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: * Understand the business drivers, the current and long-term strategy and identify opportunities for HR to add value to the business. * Set and implement HR priorities in the local organization in line with both Local Division & Global Business Line * Understands business structure and helps line management to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs. * Identify, develop, motivate, retain key position holders and key talents with support of business managers. * In close collaboration with Talent Partner to provide strong support to business through effective attraction and selection process. * Ensure change management requirements are translated into actions that support the business strategy and plan; Support and coach managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition. * Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures and control throughout the company. Manage labor relations and handle discipline cases by working closely with line manager according to China Labor Law and company Guideline. * Demonstrate collaboration in HR team, actively involve/support local division programs for continuous improvement and developing employee engagement. Qualifications for the role * Bachelor degree or above * Minimum 5 years of HRBP experiences to support front end business in a multinational company is preferred * Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven, has business acumen * A trustworthy person of integrity * Excellent presentation skill, problem solving skills, and data analysis ability * Fluent in English & Chinese More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
