About the job: 1.Registration orders and monitor order settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA). 2.Ensure that orders are maintained and updated. Handle returns, commission, credit/debit. 3.Coordinate and follow up on claims from customers. 4.Prepare quotes including parts detective (prices, delivery time and minor technical selection). 5.Communicate with customers and act as customers representative internal. 6.Drive/contribute to continuous improvement.
What you know: 1.Bachelor’s degree. 2.Good communication and coordination skill. 3.Experienced in MS OFFICE esp.: excel and PowerPoint. 4.Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues. 5.Problem solving treat problems as opportunities, willing to learn problem solving tools and practice in daily work. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
