Detailed Responsibilities:
61 Develop a business plan for the area and align with relevant stakeholders. 61 Identify and develop new Customers in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders. 61 Monitors market developments with key focus on wind segment, draw conclusions and define recommendations regarding business development. 61 Facilitates the translation of the Corporate/Regional strategy into Country initiatives and follows-up on the implementation in close cooperation with the respective management 61 Support successful business handover between Business Development and Operations, working in close collaboration with Business Implementation teams. 61 Identify and approach potential wind customers, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with sales accountability 61 Monitor customer performances and develop corrective actions on Key Accounts if performance is under target and re-negotiate contracts if needed 61 Actively leading the RFI, RFQ and RFP process for MPL as co-sponsor with sales 61 Leading sales call for promotion of BWS capability to target customer, leveraging their product knowledge 61 Increase knowledge & awareness of MPL with sales & internal stakeholders 61 Providing solutions to customers in a rapid pace. 61 Drive pipeline quality by ensuring that BWS sales standards & governance guidelines are implemented and followed by all reporting staff including CRM and other related tools. 61 Other tasks assigned by line manager and department.
Job Requirements:
61 Colleague degree or above. 61 At least 5 years’ working experience in wind project execution experience. Sound knowledge in project and Wind Logistics forwarding industry 61 Excellent written and spoken in English. 61 Intermodal transportation knowledge including not limited air, sea, road, rail 61 Understand cross-border business, OOG, DG, rigging etc. 61 Familiar with domestic and foreign wind turbine manufacturers and domestic EPC projects involved in wind logistics projects. 61 Familiar with the field of manufacturing components, including customers related to upstream and downstream Wind industries. 61 Experience of participating in international export wind logistics projects. 61 Able to take high frequency of business travel. 61 With driver lenses.
