KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 85 Responsibility to lead RD team for new business pursuit including all TR materials, quotation of ED&T, BOM list prepare, and lead team do presentation for customer. 85 Responsible for achieving the subsystem project goals (technical content, quality, timeline, and budget) as defined in the subsystem Project Agreement with the TPM System. 85 Responsible for the definition of the technical concept, execution and control of the technical risk analysis, execution of design reviews (Design FMEA), IP clearing on subsystem level. 85 Plans the R&D subsystem project, defines the WBS, estimates the timeline, plans budget and resources for the work packages and documents the results in the subsystem project plan. 85 Plans and conducts design verification/ validation (DV) and communicates results to OEM PM. 85 Responsible for Joint test from OEM customer and efficient coordination with OEM’s counterpart suppliers 85 Interface with customer to make clear and effective communication to assure fast closure on product complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS: 85 Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in automotive development with In-vehicle Infotainment/Cockpit domain controller or Display product 85 Be familiar with OEM’s such as SGM, Cherry, Geely, SAIC, SVW, Zeerkr, Nissan, FAW, Hondon product development phases and the relevant regulations. 85 With the experience to lead more than 30 development team including System, SW, Validation ,EE, ME, to achieve the SOP 85 With project development experience with mainstream SOC solution such as QC820A/6155/8155/8295 or Samsung V7/V9 OEM Cockpit domain controller 85 With project development experience with China domain SOC solution such as MTK, Semidriver or SemiEngine 85 With the knowledge in system architecture, SW architecture, EE architecture design and mechanical design. 85 With the capability to lead the cross team to analysis the critical issue 85 With good capability for presentation, technical review with Customer 85 Experience with ASPICE development process
