职位描述
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
DRIVE a sustainable FTW business growth (especially women perspective) through a product strategy that reflects understanding of value-driven consumer, online & offline behavior, and distribution (eCom platforms & physical retail).

Key Responsibilities:
1、Deepen consumer connection: Obtain consumer insights and translate to the appropriate choice on product and marketplace management.
2、Merchandising strategy & planning: Digest and execute seasonal merchandising plan & strategy, including range architecture, segmentation, lifecycle, pricing, product range and store layout from both global and local creation and direction for assortment.
3、Product Creation Planning: Plan, brief, and manage to operate the product creation process with creation team to deliver the price value competitive products to drive special channel growth without compromising regular channels.
4、Business Planning Management: Responsible for seasonal sell in with product range plan and sell-in margin to achieve sell out target and other critical product financial target.
5、Routine: including business track/review through DNA & MicroStrategy and system/file management including Master Range File, HUB, DMT & RMA.
6、x-BU Collaboration: Close Collaboration with BU to provide input into Category strategies and seasonal ranging, identify opportunities to maximize through segmentation and exclusivity, ensure clear differentiation of offering where critical to gain market share and drive business growth.
7、Drive Cross-Functional Communication & Alignment: This role will need a smooth and effective cross functional communication including sales and channels to align seasonal strategy and assortment with both GCA and Global organization.

1、Category NS, Net Margin and Contribution across GCA.
2、Sell-out.
3、Forecast & data accuracy.
4、Achievement of key SBP initiatives.
5、Future City store MPSA.
6、Future City store court.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1、Expert understanding of China market and consumers and commercial needs (especially Women Footwear perspective) and ability to interpret insights against strategy.
2、Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
3、Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate and articulate data results into clear business actions.
4、Distinct track record of success and high-level Category Management & Merchandising knowledge from Sports Industry in Footwear.
5、Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, buying, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred).
6、Positive and organized work ethic, ability to organize teams and processes cross functionally
7、Solution Oriented Mindset.
8、Team player with high level of integrity & attention to detail.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
1、2+ years of experience in range management/product required. Regional experience preferred.
2、University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
3、Sporting goods industry experience required.
4、Fluent in English.
5、Strong Computer Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot), Powerpoint, etc
6、Passion for sports and belief that through sports we have the power to change lives.

岗位职责:
通过产品策略,体现对价值驱动型消费者、线上和线下行为以及分销(电子商务平台和实体零售)的理解,推动可持续的FTW业务增长。
1、加深消费者联系:获取消费者洞察,并将其转化为产品和市场管理的适当选择;
2、销售策略和规划:消化和执行季节性销售计划和策略,包括范围架构,细分,生命周期,定价,产品范围和商店布局,从全球和当地的创意和分类方向;
3、产品创新规划:与创意团队一起计划、简要介绍并管理产品创新流程,以提供具有价格价值的产品,在不影响常规渠道的情况下推动特殊渠道的增长;
4、业务计划管理:负责季节性销售与产品范围计划和销售利润,以实现销售目标和其他关键产品财务目标;
5、日常工作:包括通过DNA和MicroStrategy进行业务跟踪/审查,以及系统/文件管理,包括Master Range file, HUB, DMT和RMA;
6、x-BU合作:与BU密切合作,提供品类战略和季节性范围的投入,通过细分和排他性识别机会,提高市场份额,确保产品的明确差异化,这对获得市场份额和推动业务增长至关重要;
7、推动跨职能沟通和协调:该职位需要一个顺畅有效的跨职能沟通,包括销售和渠道,以协调GCA和全球组织的季节性战略和分类。

岗位要求:
1、需要2年以上范围管理/产品经验,有地区管理经验者优先;
2、学士学位学位,商业专业或同等专业经验;
3、需要体育用品行业经验,对中国市场、消费者和商业需求有深入的了解(尤其是女鞋方面),并有能力根据战略解读见解
4、英语流利;
5、强大的计算机技能,包括Outlook、Word、Excel(Pivot)、Powerpoint等;
6、热爱体育,相信通过体育,我们有能力改变生活,在体育鞋类行业有出色的成功记录和高水平的品类管理和销售知识;
7、较强的沟通、谈判和影响能力;
8、具备较强的数据分析技能,能够将数据结果转化为清晰的业务行动;
9、在商业职能(如市场、销售、采购等)和支持职能(财务优先)方面有丰富的跨职能和利益相关者管理经验;
10、积极有条理的职业道德,有组织团队和跨职能流程的能力,具有高度诚信和注重细节的团队合作精神。
