Brief Introduction 职位简介 61 Assist HR manager to deal with the HR affairs of property. 协助人力资源部经理处理物业的人力资源工作。 Major Responsibility 主要工作职责 61 Responsible for the day-to-day human resource tasks such as employees' attendance, payroll, welfare supervision. 负责日常人力资源工作任务,诸如员工考勤、工资发放、福利监管; 61 Responsible for the maintenance and management of CHRIS; 负责管理和维护 CHRIS 系统; 61 Assist to deal with human resources transaction processing. 协助处理人力资源事务; 61 Assist to staff training and development; 协助员工培训和发展规划; 61 Assist to staff recruitment; 协助员工招聘; 61 Perform other tasks assigned by management. 执行管理层交办的其他工作事宜。 Requirements 资质要求 61 Bachelor degree or above; 本科及以上学历; 61 More than 3 years relevant HR experience in hotel / service apartment management; 至少 3 年以上在酒店/服务公寓行业人力资源的工作经验; 61 Familiar with the domestic labor laws; 熟悉国内的劳动法规; 61 Good Chinese and English communication skills; 良好的中英文沟通能力; 61 Can withstand strong working pressure. 能承受工作压力
