Employee Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth. Manage performance management systems to drive high performance. 4. Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitiveness. 5. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations. Investigate and resolve employee concerns and labor disputes. 6. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. 7. Leadership Development: Identify and nurture leadership talent within the organization. Implement leadership development programs to prepare future executives. 8. Organizational Culture: Work with leaders to shape and reinforce the company's culture. Communicate and uphold the company's values and mission.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 2.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. 3. Strong leadership, strategic planning, business acumen, and analytical skills. 4.Expertise in HR laws, regulations, and practices. 5. Decision-making ability, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
