Purpose: As the Manager/Senior Consultant of Regional Office & City Hubs Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple offices, collaborating with managing and developing multiple regional offices and city hubs following Cross Border Trade business expansion pace, standardizing administrative policies, enhancing cross-functional communication, and driving operational excellence across our regional offices and city hubs, to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: 61 Multi-Site Office Operation Management: Supervise daily office activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow and manage key administrative activities, including leasing, office supplies and office renovations. 61 Policy Standardization & Best Practices: Implement and enforce standardized administrative policies and practices in regional offices and share best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency. 61 Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Drive initiatives that enhance cost savings and operational efficiency, coordinating regional activities within budget constraints. Analyze office performance data to assess productivity, identify areas for improvement, and uncover new business opportunities. 61 Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to senior manager on regional offices performance, including key metrics and progress towards goals. Facilitate communication between regional offices and Shenzhen home office, ensuring effective information flow. 61 Event Organization: Plan and execute regional events that align with corporate policies and objectives, fostering associate engagement and a strong sense of community within the regions. 61 Company Culture Advocacy: Promote and implement company culture - Organize culture-building activities to foster a positive work culture that promotes associates engagement and satisfaction and ensure our operations are environmentally responsible and socially impactful. 61 Shared Services Partnership: Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure seamless operations, consistency in service delivery, and optimization of resources across Walmart's infrastructure. Qualifications: 61 Proven experience in office management. 61 Strong organizational and multitasking skills in daily work. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration. 61 Commitment to company culture and driving positive change within the organization. 61 Proficiency in MS Office and office management software. 61 Fluent English skill, both in verbal and written.
