Description The Customer Trainer will report directly to the Customer Training Manager. This training professional will deliver da Vinci and ION system technology training and facilitate surgeon-led training for surgeon, physician, *** assistant, and OR staff from a variety of specialties including general surgery, urology, gynecology, thoracic surgery and respiratory medicine. The Customer Trainer will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs.
Roles & Responsibilities: 61 Conduct da Vinci and ION System training programs for customer. 61 Lead and support Specialized training programs. This includes supporting the needs of the surgeon educators and course participants. 61 Conduct surveys to gather data and measure program effectiveness. 61 Work with the Training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs. 61 Manage training center logistics and inventory. 61 Contribute to the organization’s quarterly goal achievements. 61 Develop competency in the following: 61 da Vinci and ION System Technology 61 da Vinci and ION System applications 61 OR Efficiency 61 Training Pathway process 61 Training/coaching techniques/methodologies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 61 Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management. 61 Clinical and/or operating room experience. 61 Fluent in English. 61 Strong hands-on ability. 61 Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology. 61 Solid organizational skills and ability to operate independently. 61 Excellent oral and written communication skills. 61 Commitment self-development. 61 Ability to work in a team environment. 61 Know how to work with X-ray, CT, C-arm.
