Job Description
1.Responsile for the overseas technical and service system planing and operation
2. Responsible for the development and management of the overseas technical and service team
3. Responsible for the yearly working planning and implementation of the overseas service team
4. KPIs design and evaluation for the overseas service team
5. Design, improvement and management for the overseas service system & process and the technical documents finalization
6.To build up the management and operation system for the machine installation, maintenance & repair, spare parts and consumables for the overseas markets
7. Continously output the overseas markets required training system and standard management documents
8. To work with the overseas business and sales team for the machine users and projects development with solid supports
9. To collect and feedback the technical issues and trouble shooting from overseas customers and provide quick response with solutions for external users or partners or to organize internal communication and meetings with manufacturing and R&D teams
10. To conduct the satisfication survey and continous service improvement
1.Bachelor degree, master will be preferred. Major of mechanical design and manufacturing, automotion, mechnical electronics, laser manufaturing and printing backgrounds
2. At least 8 years working experience including 5 years overseas technical and service for mechanical equippments, laser manufacturing, CNC machining and printing machines, 3 years manager or leader role experience
3. Clear communication skills and logical thinking mindset, strong technical & service documents writing with management experience
4. Fluent English for spoken, read and written
5. Certain frequency for overseas business travel and onsite customers support required
6. Capability of organization and coordination skills, pressure resistance, mindset of team work and good communication skills
7. Skilled at Office incl. Word & Excel and ERP system
8. Manager or leader experience for technical and service jobs for the machines of laser manufacturing, CNC machining, metal works and printing will be preferred
9. Career experience with foreign multinational corporates or large and middle size Chinese technology companies which are serving global markets will be preferred
