Job Description In your new role you will: -Align and execute Customer communication regarding service, support, reporting, customer satisfaction related measures in Quality -Master Quality-requirements, -agreements and -contracts -Steer End to End (E2E) execution of Customer Complaints (CAR), prepare customer reports, tracking of corrective and preventive action until completion -Execute and /or triggers customer specific product quality documentation -Support Product Change Notice (PCN) Process execution -Contribute to process improvements -Typically resolve problems using existing solutions -Occasionally lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives -Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience or provides informal guidance to junior staff -Work with minimal guidance 职位要求: Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: -Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering1 -At least 3 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry and Quality -Good knowledge of product quality and BE/FE process -Quality control methodology and 8D problem solving experience -Quality system know-how and quality audit experience -Know-how on automotive and power application is preferred -Ability to work independently and under pressure -English at working proficiency level -Good communication skills -Good problem solving and risk assessment skills
