Main responsibilities:
61 Create, execute, and track the employer brand strategy for the [Market/Function], ensuring alignment with global EB and regional TA priorities and leveraging global technology platforms. 61 Be a brand guardian: ensuring all activities align with global brand guidelines and deliver training for recruiters, employee advocates, and stakeholders. 61 Deploy our employee advocacy program in [Market/Function] with the support of the global employer branding team – recruiting and engaging Sanofi ‘influencers’ to amplify our presence in the market. 61 Analyze market data and insights to understand and align audience targeting with business needs and recruitment objectives. 61 Develop and track employer branding KPIs, aligning them with global and regional goals to measure brand impact and recruitment effectiveness. 61 Support the activation of global awareness campaigns and plan, manage, and activate recruitment marketing campaigns to support the local Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy, across both early careers and experienced hires. 61 Collaborate with the global employer branding team and regional communications and TA teams on social media strategies, including organic and paid campaigns, as well as programmatic advertising. 61 Oversee the development, localization and management of country-specific careers pages, including content management and language translation projects. 61 Partner with TA stakeholders to develop and manage local CRM community engagement strategies, ensuring the adaptation of global digital assets and templates for local events and campaigns. 61 Track and report on local employer branding metrics in line with global standards, offering insights to support local talent acquisition strategies. 61 Provide regular intelligence on local market trends, including monitoring platforms such as Glassdoor and other insight tools. 61 Oversee local employer brand awards, identifying and managing opportunities to enhance visibility and awareness of Sanofi.
About you
With both a strategic and creative mindset, you have experience of developing and implementing innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies and are comfortable managing and optimizing budgets. You have strong project and stakeholder management skills and keep on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure stay ahead of the competition. You also have a data-driven mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving, thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
Experience & Qualifications 61 Proven track record of driving results through innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives, with a focus on candidate experience and employer brand reputation. 61 Strong strategic thinking and vision with the ability to develop and execute long-term recruitment marketing and branding strategies across multiple markets. 61 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 61 Experience in content creation, employee advocacy programs, digital marketing, and social media strategy. 61 Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 61 Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment marketing metrics and analytics. 61 Experience managing budgets and financial resources, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives. 61 Experience of working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus, as is knowledge of candidate relationship management (CRM) systems and Content Management systems (CMS).
