Job Description:
1. Provide all-around administrative and secretarial support to OD, including but not limited to manage/coordinate daily schedule, make travel arrangements, prepare expenses report, manage telephone traffic and redirect when appropriate, meeting schedule arrangement & record meeting minutes as required, confidential information handling, etc.
2. Support OD in the process of coordination and communication between defined business lines and function units.
3. Support OD in the activities in managing the customer satisfaction following up.
4. Support OD in the customer relationships building, organize events, workshops and contributes to the promotion of BV image and reputation.
5. Support the monitoring of the operation status, and enable the data driven operations in defined Business Lines of M&O China by using relevant internal tools and Microsoft.
6. Support the archiving, filing and reporting related to operation activities.
7. Support the documentation pre-screening before approval by OD.
8. Other tasks assigned by N+1.
9. Support the compliance with the requirements of the QHSSE management system.
