About this role: - Upon joining AMASS, to become a HR Operation Consultant to showcase creativity and engagement. Journey begins with 52 weeks (~ 1 Year) of building core capabilities (HR COE functions). After this, you will develop key individual point in local HR practice and continue learning; - To receive training in business fundamentals, HR knowledge, Business/Finance Analysis, and Project Management Frameworks. Through various sprints in AMASS’s Skill Lab, to learn the technical and professional skills needed for your assignment; - As progress in career with us, to have access to ongoing upskilling and career development opportunities, as a COE Head, Regional HR Head or BP Head.
Responsibility: - To go through job rotation to different major HR COE functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Development and Performance Management) and Cluster HR Team (North China, South China and Central China) to understand Company/HR business and operations in a comprehensive way; - To assist CHRO in the management of HR Data & Process and Productivity Management, and conducts internal and external research and benchmarking for organizational improvement; - Serve as a thought leader on the team by consistently contributing ideas and by developing new ways to bring value to your designated team; to help with special projects and showcase creativity; - Be curious and find creative ways to help the HR community run simpler.
Qualification: - Graduates with master’s degrees, preferably in business, math, finance or other data analysis fields; - 2+ years of working experience in any industry; - Project management skill, Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills; - Strategy thinking and continuous improvement mindset; - Speak, write and read fluently in English.
