Administrative Support: to manage line manager’s schedules, coordinate appointments and meetings, prioritize incoming requests and deadlines and work on expense claim reports, ensuring timely completion. Travel Planning: to manage travel documents (incl. VISA, Passport), domestic and inter-continental flights, hotel, ground transportations, ensuring a smooth connection. Meeting and Event Coordination: play a crucial role in coordinating all the meetings and events within the team, including the reception of Global visitors. This may involve scheduling, sending out invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that necessary resources are available. Data Management: perform regular data analytic based on Visier or Workday raw data, including generate report, maintain monthly HR dashboard, conduct comparison or analysis, then drive insight. Interdepartmental Coordination: serve as a bridge connecting HR to different division, BUs, functions, departments, and teams within China as well as Global organization. That may facilitate communication, coordinate projects, and assist in resolving conflicts or issues that arise. Confidentiality: often entrusted with sensitive and confidential information, must maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling such information. Technology Skills Support: is expected to be proficient in using various software applications, communication tools, and office equipment.
