● Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service including associate on-boarding, termination, exit process. ● Maintain the labor contract renewal, supplemental agreement, probation management and associate documents filing, upload to system. ● Proactively communicate HR policy, process and practices with associate, answer associate query. ● Issue employment statement and dispatch letter as associate needs. ● VM Board, reporting ● Renew HR vendor contract, payment application and maintain cost record. ● Support associate’s residence, Hukou application and working visa, permit renew for expatriate associate. ● Assist with VJ Engagement Committee execution. ● Update monthly medical insurance and employment insurance./Benefits/WD operations ● Assist with planning and roll-out of HR programs. ● Other Responsibilities: implement the ad hoc duties as assigned. Training Programs
● Facility platform training program including new hire orientation, annual training plan, enrollment, logistic and materials support, update training record. ● Assist with management of PQI China CP & CT information for HR & VES programs. ● Training coordination including new employee orientation, leadership courses, VES trainings, workday-enrollment, logistic & materials support, training record updating, etc.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or above. ● Good English writing and speaking skills, organizational and communication skills, good team work spirit. ● Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ● Good integrity and trust. Highly honest, mature, professional, demonstrated problem-solving skills. ● Detail oriented and good at process management, proactive, responsible, detailed, service-oriented. ● Work under high pressure, good time management, and work planning/ prioritizing ability, be able to accomplish multi-tasks by short deadline.
