岗位职责:
1. Leads global projects manufactured in ACCL and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders including global marketing, affiliates markets and functional units (e.g. supply chain, marketing, R&D, etc.).
2. Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the assigned project; ensures smooth execution and delivery.
3. Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objective.
4. Representative projects may include new product development and product renovations.
5. Drive continuous process improvement opportunity through project executions.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in project management, engineering or related technical field required. PMP certificate is plus.
2. Have prior experience working within an international company and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Works well with teams from different departments and regions.
3. Skills in Communication, Time Management, Problem-Solving, Leadership and Organizational awareness are important.
4. Enthusiastic in work and with strong motivation and responsibility.
5. Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with affiliates, suppliers and peers.
6. Being good at both oral and written English and proficient in Office software, especially MS project is mandatory.
