Responsibilities: - Ensure the implementation of Compensation and benefits policies and programs including but not limited to monthly salary calculation, annual merit increase and cost analysis - Ensure the high quality, high efficiency and high compliance delivery of payroll operation, including regular payroll and analysis - Collaborate with 3rd party HR supplier, monitor and update regional social insurance and housing fund policy timely - Conduct new employee onboarding procedure including but not limited to setting up new account and signing contract - Help Employee to solve problems with HR system operation - Support Intern Hiring and vendor management - Responsible for HR related document management - Support Employee activities and any other tasks assigned by manager or senior - Timely submission of payments to Finance system every month - Contract expiration and probation expiration reminders
Requirements:
- College degree or above, with major in human resources, business administration or relevant area - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR C&B - Good computer skills, especially in MS office and some travel/expense system experience is a priority - Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, maturity and good teamwork - Impressive interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills - Good communication and coordination - Fluent in Mandarin and English
