岗位职责: 1、Be responsible for frontline hiring in the business. 2、Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees. 3、Supports recurring HR services, processes and training with SDTs. 4、Support HRBP/Local HRM to provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships. 5、Responsible for the data input and maintenance in myHRsystem Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating. 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历; 2、3年及以上跨国公司HRBP经验; 3、强沟通表达能力,有活力自驱力,一定的独立解决问题的能力; 4、英语书面作工作语言。 合同一年,孕替,续约/留用不确定。
