工作职责:
85 Establish and maintain BCMS program according to ISO22301 standard requirements, and continue to improve the BCM program
85 Lead and manage BCM and Crisis Management program across site
85 Lead the Corp. related programs for site deployment
85 Support BCM/CM stakeholders in all aspects of roles for planning, execution, and validation of BCM/CM program
85 Support management team and other stakeholders across site to enhance resilience and BC capabilities
85 Develop an deploy BCP, and crisis management procedure/playbook
85 Lead/facilitate site BCM/CM training, exercise
85 Lead BCM internal/external audit to compliance with ISO standard
85 Provide support to BCT/CMT during business disruption and crisis events
任职资格:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
85 Strong knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management
85 Strong knowledge of manufacturing, semiconductor industry preferred
85 Strong people, communication and coordination skills
85 Proficient in both oral and written English languages
85 Project management skills including demonstrated ability to develop schedules, track progress, and report results
85 Result oriented
85 Proficient in MS tools, capable of risk assessment or BCM related software preferred
85 Ability to work independently on assigned duties and across diverse stakeholder teams
85 Ability to work cooperatively with, and consider guidance and advice from, all positions within the corp. own site and its peer organizations
Education, Experience and Certifications
85 Bachelor’s degree in related field required, engineering preferred
85 Minimum 5 years managing business continuity within mid. to large organization
85 PMP certification preferred
85 CBCP certification preferred
Physical Requirements
This position requires off business hours’ availability and regularly travel based on business needs.
