Develop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers Utilize strong sales skills to present product portfolio to customers and Collect customer processes and secure trials of new materials and support existing sales. Effectively negotiate supply contracts and pricing. Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals Deliver a high level of KAM service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities Enter and track new opportunities for new product launch, good project management to drive business towards commercialization. Successfully convert opportunities leading to sales growth Work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing, etc. Responsible for demand plan and sales forecast accuracy 任职要求: Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree or above Working Experience: 3-5 working experience in sales and marketing, large-scale manufacturer management experience needed. Technical & Professional Knowledge: semiconductor industry working experience will be preferred or chemical education background is welcomed New business development and key account management experience is preferred. Understanding of the sales and marketing principle. High degree of cooperation and communication skills. Professional skills of marketing data reporting / presentation skills Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
